Infor Smart Office administrative user

A user is defined as an Infor Smart Office administrator if the PortalAdministrator attribute is set in Lawson Security/Resource Management. As part of the Lawson System Foundation installation, Lawson delivers an administrative user (lawson) who has immediate access to the Infor Smart Office administration tools.

Note: If you are already set up as a Portal Administrator, you are also an Infor Smart Office administrator. The setup required in Lawson Security for a Portal Administrator is the same as the setup for an Infor Smart Office administrator.

You can have as many Infor Smart Office administrators at your site as you want. Any user who has the PortalAdministrator attribute enabled and who has access to some special data and programs in the Logan product line is an Infor Smart Office administrator.
