Style
|
Make sure that the version numbers of the components
used in the ibrix.xml are not set to a specific
version, for example 1.2.1. The new style for Infor Smart Office
was delivered as a new component version, so you need to change the
version or use 1.0.0 to get the latest component version (of major
version 1).

JavaScript
|
Check that the IBrix does not use Ibrix-to-Ibrix communication.
These JavaScript calls will not work in Infor Smart Office.

Configuration
|
Make sure that the Infor Smart Officesystem profile contains a valid
application system in M3 Workplace. The configuration of the MNE server in the system profile in Infor Smart Office must exactly match the settings in the application system in Workplace. If any IBrix make use of LWS, make sure that the LWS used and the M3 API WS are configured exactly the same.

Session timeout
|
The user will have to logon. If the user does not actively
run IBrix for the time period of the session setting in WebSphere,
there will be a session timeout and the user will need to close the
IBrix and start it again. So, if there is a problem with an IBrix
after a period of working with other programs or leaving the computer,
the IBrix should be closed and restarted.

Add the IBrix to the M3 Menu.

M3 Workplace
|
The IBrix must be deployed on M3 Workplace.
