Assigning Infor Smart Office administrator role

  1. On the Users page, click the accordion button.
  2. Expand Master Date Files and select Security Roles.
  3. On the Security Role page, click Add new item.
  4. Specify this information:
    Name

    Specify the name of the administrator role.

    Description

    Provide the role description.

  5. Click Add new item.
  6. In Assign Users to Security Roles window, use the search field to locate the user you will assign to the administrator role.
  7. Select the check box next to the user name.
  8. Click ADD.
  9. After all the users are added, click ADD & CLOSE.
