Assigning Infor Smart Office administrator role
- On the Users page, click the accordion button.
- Expand Master Date Files and select Security Roles.
- On the Security Role page, click Add new item.

Specify this information:
- Name

Specify the name of the administrator role.
- Description
-
Provide the role description.
- Click Add new item.
- In Assign Users to Security Roles window, use the search field to locate the user you will assign to the administrator role.
- Select the check box next to the user name.
- Click ADD.
- After all the users are added, click ADD & CLOSE.
