Navigator widget is missing

If you configure the allowed widgets in Mango.Core and you forget to allow the Navigator, you will end up with a widget library without the Navigator. The security checks are not in the Navigator, so to fix this, you simply open the settings editor with it's link admin://settingseditor. Changed the settings for allowed widgets and make sure the Navigator is available.
