Using links from an M3 Form

Use this procedure to display documents or URLs linked from a form, or to add documents to the Infor Document Management.

  1. From the Infor Smart Office canvas, launch an M3 application form.
  2. Right-click on a form field and choose Linked Documents. Choose a document or URL from the list.
    Note: If the Linked Documents or Add Document options are greyed out, you cannot use the Links feature from this location.
  3. To add a document to the Infor Document Management, right-click on a form field and select Add Document. Select the document to add.
  4. Browse to locate the document and click OK.
  5. Fill in the options on the screen and select Add.
