Importing or exporting categories

The MangoAdmin tool is for exporting and importing different data categories for data that is stored in the Smart Office server’s database. The different types of data stored in the database are called data categories.

Note: Lawson personalizations and predefined widgets are not imported or exported by using the Mango Admin tool. To transfer Lawson personalizations, you must use the Lawson Import/Export Manager tool under the Lawson Administration menu in the Navigator widget.

Note: M3 Personalizations are not imported or exported by using the Mango Admin tool. M3 personalizations are located in the M3 UI Adapter server, that is, the H5 client. They can be managed through the Personalization Manager tool under the Administration Tools menu in the Navigator widget (Personalization tab). They can also be bulk exported through the Import tab in the Administration Tools of the H5 client (Import/Export tab).
