ipf-draggable

Makes the closest floating region draggable, using the element where ipf-draggable was specified as the handle for dragging. When you click and drag the element, the whole floating region moves. If ipf-draggable is added directly on a floating region, the whole floating region acts as a handle. It is possible to add ipf-draggable to multiple elements inside a floating region, in which case each one of them acts as a handle. You can use ipf-draggable with floating regions, embedded regions, and cells.
