Export SharePoint content
      - 
            Log in to the SharePoint server using the SPInstall user account
			 credentials.

            Create a temporary directory for each portal from which you will
			 export content. For example, if you have three IPF portals, you might create
			 these directories: 
			 CustomerPortalTemp, 
			 VendorPortalTemp, and 
			 ResellerPortalTemp.

            Launch the data export utility by double-clicking the ExportPortalKnowledgeData.exe file.

            Specify this information: 
		  
            
 
			            
                  
                     - Export From Portal URL 
				  
 
                     - Specify the URL of one portal from which to export content;
					 for example, http://customerportal:8081. 
				  
 
                  
                  
                     - Export Files To 
				  
 
                     - Specify the full path to the temporary directory created in
					 step 2 to which to export content; for example, 
					 C:\CustomerPortalTemp. 
				  
 
                  
                  
                     - Knowledge Data 
				  
 
                     - Select the type of content to export.

            Click 
			 Export. 
		  
         
 
- 
            When the export is complete, click OK.
               An XML file is created with the exported content. See Knowledge content export file layouts and mapping for file names and mapping information.

            Repeat steps 4 through 6 for each of your IPF portals from which
			 to export content.
