Download the knowledge data export utility

  1. Sign in to the Infor Support Portal.
  2. Search for the applicable KB article, as indicated here:
    Version KB article
    IPF 4.x on 9.01.x and 10.x 1893050
    IPF 4.x on 9.00.30 1694845
  3. Open the KB article and download the attached data export utility .exe file.
