Maintaining Service Customer Contacts
On the Service Customer Contacts form, you can create and maintain customer contact information.
- Specify this information: 
           
- Customer
 - Select a customer.
 - Ship To
 - The Customer Ship To location is displayed.
 - Contact Number
 - Specify a unique numeric value representing the contact information for a particular Customer and Ship To combination. This number is system-generated to be the next available number.
 - Default Contact
 - Select this check box to mark a record as the default contact. When creating a new Incident, this record is used as the default customer contact number. If you do not select a default, the first contact for that customer is used..
 - Contact Name
 - The name of the contact person.
 - Phone
 - Specify the primary telephone number.
 - Phone 2
 - Specify a secondary telephone number.
 - Fax
 - Specify the fax number.
 - Specify the email address.
 
 - Save your changes.
