Adding a New Warranty Claim

  1. Open the Warranty Claims Authorizations form.
  2. Click Create New Claim to open the Incident Quick Create modal form.
  3. Follow the steps in Incident Quick Create: Copying Information from an Existing Incident to add a new incident.
  4. Save and close the modal form to return to the Warranty Claims Authorizations form.
