Information Included in the Quick Start Database

The database is preloaded with this information:

• Chart of accounts
• All parameters. See the Parameter Settings for information about most settings.
• Product codes. The product codes use generic descriptions that define the associated G/L accounts, distribution accounts, and end user types.
• Unit Codes that are pre-associated with the product codes.
• Accounting years and periods out to 2022.
• Countries (USA and Canada) and associated states and provinces.
• A variety of codes and terms that will need to be augmented, but that should be sufficient to pilot basic business processes.
• An “NT” tax code.
