In some cases, you might need to add a unit while in the field working on an appointment.
         
         
          - Open the Appointment Details form for your current appointment.
 
          - Tap Add Unit.
 
          - On the Add Unit form, add the unit in one of these ways: 
           
            
             - Tap the Magnifier to search for an existing item.
 
             - Tap the barcode symbol to scan in an item using your device's camera.
 
             - If the item is already associated with the SRO line, then you can select it from the menu.
 
            
             
          - Optionally, specify a serial number for the item or tap the barcode symbol to scan a serial number.
 
          - Tap Done.
