How do I generate and send a log file?

  1. On the Main menu, tap Sign Out.
  2. On the Sign In screen, tap Settings.
  3. Tap View Log.

    The log is displayed.

  4. Tap Share.

    The content of the log is written to a file that can be shared to another app, such as email or notes.

  5. Tap Close to close the log.
You can also generate and send a log file from the About ISM menu when logged in.
