Using the Work Queue

The Work Queue acts as the home page after you sign in to the app.

Tap Today at the top of the Work Queue. If you do not have any appointments for today, the Work Queue is blank. Tap All to see all open appointments assigned to you.

Note: The appointment you are looking for might be closed; check the Calendar to confirm.

To change the sorting mode of daily and open work queues, tap the Sort button. You can sort the list of work queues based on their schedule dates or based on the defined queue sequence. To set the queue sequence, use the Queue Scheduling form in Service Management. To set the default sorting mode on the Mobile App, open the App Settings panel and then click Default Work Queue Sequence.

Color coding

The Work Queue uses color coding to provide an easy visual indicator as to the status of the appointment. The color of the dot is linked to the color associated with the appointment status. The colors are user-defined on the Color Coding form in the back office.
