Running the Account Balances Report
- Open the Account Balances Report.
- Use these check boxes to select the account types you want to include in the report:
- Asset
- Liability
- Owner's Equity
- Revenue
- Expense
- Analytical
- Statistical
- Allocation
- Select Display Report Header to include report headers in the output.
- In the As of Date field, select the last possible due date that a line item can have to qualify for the report. The current date is displayed by default.
- Select Increment Date to automatically increment the date and re-run the report.
- Select the range of accounts to include in the report.
- Click Preview to view the report output before printing.
- Click Print to run the report and print the output.
