Running the Purchase Order Status Report
- Open the Purchase Order Status Report.
 - Specify this information: 
           
- PO Type
 - Select the type(s) of purchase orders to include on this report: regular or blanket.
 - PO Status
 - 
              Select the statuses of purchase orders to include in the report: 
              
- Planned
 - Ordered
 - Complete
 - History (this option is not available on all purchase order reports)
 
 - PO Line/Release Status
 - 
              Select the line/release statuses to include in the report: 
              
- Planned
 - Ordered
 - Complete
 - Filled
 - History
 
 - Translate to Domestic Currency
 - Select this check box to translate amounts in the report to the domestic currency.
 - Include Goods Receiving Note
 - Select this field if you want to include the Goods Receiving Note on the report.
 - Sort By
 - 
              Select the method by which you want to sort the report: 
              
- Purchase order
 - Item
 - Vendor
 
 - Display Report Header
 - Select this check box to print report headers on the output.
 
 - For these fields, select the range of values to include in the report: 
           
- Purchase Order
 - Vendor
 - Order Date
 - Vendor Order
 - Item
 - Vendor Item
 - Due Date
 - Last Received Date
 - Release Date
 - Warehouse
 
 - Select Increment Date to put the report on the Background Queue and automatically increment the date ranges and re-run the report.
 - Click Preview to view the output before printing.
 - Click Print to run the report and view the output.
