Changing the Status of a PO Line Requisition
        
         
          - Open the Change PO Requisition Line Status form. 
 
          - For these fields, select the range of values to include in the utility: 
           
            
             - PO Requisition
 
             - Line
 
             - Approver
 
             - Vendor
 
             - Request Date
 
             - Due Date
 
            
             
          - Select Increment Date for the date ranges to put the utility on the Background Queue. The ranges are automatically incremented and the utility is re-run. 
 
          - Specify this information: 
           
            
             - 
              Old Status
             
 
             - 
              Select the current status of the requisition you want to include in the utility: 
              
               - Requested
 
               - Approved
 
               - Disapproved
 
               - Stopped
 
               - Converted
 
              
              
             - 
              New Status
             
 
             - 
              Select the new status to apply to the records that you are changing: 
              
               - Requested
 
               - Approved
 
               - Disapproved
 
               - Stopped
 
               - History
 
              
              
            
             
          - Select Preview and click Process to view the changes before saving. 
 
          - Select Commit and click Process to process the change and save the records. 
 
          - This information is displayed in the grid: 
           
            
             - PO requisition number
 
             - Line number
 
             - Previous PO status
 
             - New PO status
 
             - Any error messages
