After installation and configuration on the client, you can run the prepackaged Balance Sheet and P&L Statement in Excel:
- Balance Sheet: Specify a year and a fiscal period, and a new worksheet is created displaying the account number, description, and balance.
 - Income Statement: Specify a year and a fiscal period, and a new worksheet is created displaying account number, description, budgeted and actual expenses, and income values.
 - Get Accounts: Use to view account number listings for active accounts for a specified date range.
