Manually Adding Standard Repair Time Codes

  1. Open the Standard Repair Times form.
  2. Select Actions > New.
  3. Specify this information:
    SRT Product Code
    Specify a code to represent the standard repair time.
    Note: You can have multiple entries with the same SRT product code but different repair reason codes or labor work codes.
    Description
    Specify a description for the code.
    Repair Reason
    Select a reason for why the item is being repaired.
    Labor Work Code
    Select the work code for the type of work being done for the repair.
    SRT Type
    Select whether the repair type is setup or repair.
    Repair Time
    Specify the length of time required for the repair.
  4. Save your changes.
