- Open the Commission Status Change Utility.
 
          - Select the old status of the records to be changed, and the new status of new records. 
 
          - For these fields, select the range of values to include in the utility: 
           
            
             - Salesperson
 
             - Due Date
 
             - Invoice
 
            
             
          - Select Increment Date to automatically increment the date range and re-run the utility.
 
          - Specify this information: 
           
            
             - 
              Process Fully Earned Commissions
             
 
             - 
              Select this option to have commissions paid marked as complete.
             
 
             - 
              Process Unpaid Commissions
             
 
             - 
              Select this option to process unpaid commissions.
             
 
             - 
              Process Paid Commissions
             
 
             - 
              Select this option to process paid commissions.
             
 
             - 
              Payment Date
             
 
             - 
              Select the payment date of the records that are affected by this utility.
             
 
            
             
          - Select Delete Complete Records to delete records within the specified range that have a status of complete.
 
          - Select Preview and click Process to view the output before running the utility. 
 
          - Select Commit and click Process to run the utility. 
 
         
         
          The details of all affected records are displayed in the grid.
