Maintaining Customer SRO Rates

  1. Filter for the customer and ship to location for which you want to view transaction rates.
  2. On the Current Labor Rates tab, select the SRO for which you want to view information.
  3. Optionally, select a partner or work code to filter the grid additionally.
  4. This information is displayed in the grid based on your selections:
    • Customer
    • Ship to location
    • SRO
    • Partner
    • Work code
    • Labor rate and type
  5. On the Specific Labor Rates tab, select the SRO for which you want to view information. This information is displayed in the grid:
    • Customer
    • Ship to location
    • SRO
    • Partner
    • Work code
    • Labor rate
    • Whether the customer currency is used or not
  6. On the Miscellaneous Bill Codes tab, select the SRO for which you want to view information. This information is displayed in the grid:
    • Customer
    • Ship to location
    • SRO
    • Miscellaneous code and description
    • Billing code
  7. On the Specific Miscellaneous Rates tab, select the SRO for which you want to view information. This information is displayed in the grid:
    • Customer
    • Ship to location
    • SRO
    • Miscellaneous code
    • Cost
    • Price
    • Cost markup ID
    • Whether the customer currency is used or not
