Updating Credit Field Authorization
To update a system user's authorization to change a customer's credit hold status or credit limit, use the Users form.
To allow the user access to the Credit Hold check box:
- Open the Users form.
 - Select the user for whom you want to update credit hold authorization.
 - Clear the Super User check box.
 - Save the record.
 - Click to open the Object Authorizations for User form.
 - In the Object Name field, select CustomerOrders.
 - Save the record.
 - Click to open the Component Authorization for User form.
 - In the Name field, select CreditHoldEdit.
 - In the Update Privilege column, select Granted or Revoked.
 - Save the record.
 
To allow the user access to the Credit Limit or Credit Hold Reason fields, use these same steps with the proper component names (CreditLimitEdit and CreditHoldReasonEdit).
