Running the Physical Inventory Report

  1. Open the Physical Inventory Report.
  2. Specify this information:
    Warehouse
    Select the warehouse to include on the report.
    Display Report Header
    Select this check box to print report headers on the output.
    Zero Quantities Only
    Select this check box to print only those items with a quantity counted of zero or blank on the report.
    Sort by Location/Item
    Select whether you want to sort the report by location or item.
    Product Code
    Select the product code to include in the report.
    Planner Code
    Specify the planner code to include in the report.
  3. Click Preview to view the output before printing.
  4. Click Print to run the report and view the output.
