Copying A Sales Order

  1. Open the Copy Sales Order form.
  2. Specify this information:
    Order Type
    Select whether to copy from sales or parts type sales orders.
    Order
    Select the sales order number from which to copy.
    Start/End Line
    Select the range of lines to copy.
    Number
    Select the number of the sales order to which you want to copy the lines. Leave this field blank to create a new sales order.
    Option
    Select how you want to use the information:
    • Delete All: Erases existing lines on the to order and replaces with the lines specified for the from order.
    • Insert Range: Adds the from line range to the existing sales order; if lines already exist on the to sales order they will not be removed; the from lines will be appended after the existing ones.
    • Replace Range: Erases existing lines on the to order and replaces with the lines specified for the from order.
  3. Click Process to copy the lines.
