Unlocking Locked Journals

  1. Open the Unlock Locked Journals form.
  2. Select the journal that you want to unlock:
    • Accounts Payable Ledger Distribution
    • Accounts Receivable Ledger Distribution
    • Banking Distribution
    • FS Distribution
    • General Ledger
    • Inventory Control Ledger Distribution
    • PAY Distribution Journal
    • Purchasing Ledger Distribution
    • Payroll Ledger Distribution
  3. Clear the Locked check box for the journal that you want to unlock.
