Setting Multi-Currency Parameters

  1. Open the Multi-Currency Parameters form.

    The domestic currency is displayed.

  2. Select the currency for which you want to set parameters:
    • CAD (Canadian dollar)
    • EUR (Euro)
    • FRF (French franc)
    • GBP (PBritish pound)
    • MXN (Mexican peso)
    • USD (US dollar)
  3. On the Unrealized tab, select the account numbers to use by default for these accounts:
    • Unrealized Gain
    • Unrealized Loss
    • A/R Unrealized Offset
    • A/P Unrealized Offset
    • V/P Unrealized Offset
  4. On the Realized/Other tab, select the account numbers to use by default for these accounts:
    • Realized Gain
    • Realized Loss
    • Non A/P
    • Non A/R Cash
  5. Save the parameters.
