Attaching an Image to a Record
        
         
          - In the back office, open the Attachments form in one of these ways: 
           
            
             - Right-click in the Picture field and select  or .
 
             - Click the Documents toolbar button and add a new record using the applicable Document Type.
 
            
             
          - On a mobile form, click the Attachments button. 
 
          - Click the Import button to upload a new picture, or use the arrow buttons to select an existing picture. 
 
          - Optionally, select Primary Picture to set the picture as the primary image for the record and display it on the maintenance form for that record.
 
          - For new imports, specify a name and description of the picture. 
 
          - Save the record.
