Setting Up a Customer's Document Profile
- Open the Customer Document Profile form.
 - Specify this information: 
           
- Customer
 - Select the customer for whom you want to create a profile.
 - Ship To
 - 
              Select the customer ship-to for which you want to create a profile. 
              Note: If you select a customer with a ship-to of 0, then all of the ship-tos without a profile for the selected customer will use this customer document profile.
 - Method
 - 
              Select the method to use to deliver reports: 
              
- Printer
 - Fax
 
 - Destination
 - Specify the fax number, email address(es), or printer where the report will be delivered. To distribute a report to multiple fax numbers or printers, create multiple profiles, each with a different fax number or printer. To distribute a report to multiple email addresses, separate each email address with a semicolon.
 - Task Name
 - 
              Select the name of the task for which you want to create report distribution defaults:

 - Contract Invoicing
 - Order Invoicing
 - SRO Pre-Packing Slip
 - SRO Packing Slip
 - Quote
 - Service Order Inspection Report
 - Warranty Claims Report
 - SRO Change Order
 - Rental Contract Agreement
 - Service Order Work Order Report
 
 - Description
 - Specify a description associated with the task for which you want to create report distribution defaults.
 - Copies
 - Specify the number of copies of the report to print. This field is enabled only if Method is set to Printer.
 - Active
 - Select this check box to enable this selected profile.
 
 - Save the record.
