Verifying partner records for interactions

Interaction messages on the Service Portal can display this information from the back office Partners form:

• Name

  If no name is specified in the Name field, the login IDs for the back office user and the portal user are displayed.

• Picture

  If no picture is added, a placeholder image is displayed.

If you want to include names and pictures for interactions on the portal, make sure they are included on all associated partner records in the back office.
