Import content into the LocalDataStore data source

  1. Sign in to the IPF 4.x Service Portal with portal data administrator account credentials. The portal Home page is displayed in Administrator mode.
  2. Select Activity > Import Portal Announcement Data.
  3. To clear any existing content before importing announcement content, select Delete Existing Data.
  4. Click Import. A form opens for finding and selecting the XML file. When you click Open on this form, the file is verified and then imported. If any errors occur, they are written to a log, which is displayed in the Status area of the Import Portal Announcement Data page.
