Rental Availability

You can view rental item availability in many places throughout the system.
  • The Time Phased Rental Inventory form shows projected decreases and increases in rental quantity over time.
  • The Unit tab on the Rental Counter includes an Available to Rent column, which indicates availability. If you are using the Unit Status Code value, the currently assigned status is displayed.
  • The Units form shows item information and rental history.
  • The Contract Lines form shows item availability when the Type is set to Rental.

You can also create a personalized DataView on the DataViews form to display rental availability.
