Rental Contract Agreement

Use this form to produce the contract rental agreement for the selected customer and contract range.

Open this form by clicking Agreement on the Contracts form. The form opens with the current contract value displayed. Use the print options to specify what you want to include in the agreement output.

Select Use Profile to use the associated customer document profile, if one exists. See the Customer Document Profile form online help topic for more information about using profiles.

When enabled, this form routes the report output file to Infor Document Management (IDM), instead of generating a Mongoose report. To enable this feature, perform these tasks:

Select Enable IDM Integration for Reports on the Integration Parameters form.
On the IDM Report Templates form, filter for RentalContractAgreementReport in the Task Name field and click Import Configuration.
