Service Recall or Rework Tracking
You can link a service order to a previous service on the Service Orders form. Associating a new request with an issue that was
already diagnosed and closed builds analysis data to alert you about potential customer
dissatisfaction.
Use the Prior SRO field on the Service Orders form to link a service order to a previous service order. Click next to the field to quickly access the details of the related SRO. If the Prior SRO field on the related SRO is also populated, you can continue to drill into additional related service orders to investigate the issue from its beginning.
