Analyzing Planned vs. Actual Costs and Revenue

To run a report that provides an analysis of planned versus actual costs and revenue:

  1. Open the Transaction Analysis Report.
  2. For these fields, select a range of values to include in the report:
    • SRO
    • SRO Line
    • SRO Oper
    • Item
    • Work Code
    • Misc Code
  3. Specify whether to show the price or cost for transactions.
  4. Select the type of transactions to include in the report:
    • Planned vs. Actual
    • Estimate vs. Actual
    • Estimate vs. Planned
  5. Click Preview to view the report output before printing.
  6. Click Print to run the report and print the output.
