Creating a Recurring Appointment

Open the Appointment Recurrence
form in one of these ways:
- Filter to the appointment on the Scheduled Appointments form and click Recurrence.
- Select Recurrence on the right-click menu of the appointment on the Calendar Scheduling form.

Select the frequency with which you want the appointment to recur:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Yearly
- If you selected Daily, specify the number of days between each appointment.

If you selected Weekly, specify
this information:
- The number of weeks between each appointment
- The day of the week on which the appointment should recur

If you selected Monthly, specify
this information:
- The number of months between each appointment
- The date or the day of the week on which you want the appointment to recur

If you selected Yearly, specify
this information:
- The number of years between each appointment
- The month in which you want the appointment to recur
- The date or the day of the week on which you want the appointment to recur
- Optionally, select a different date on which to start the recurrence.
- Optionally, select Include Non-working Days to create appointments on non-working days, based on the general business calendar and holidays.
- To end the recurrence by a particular date, select End By and specify the date.
- To end the recurrence after a particular number of appointments, select End After and specify the number of occurrences.
- Save the record.
Note: After saving, a success message is displayed that says "X appointments were created."
This message is accurate, even when you may have deleted and recreated appointments.
