Reviewing Appointment Status History
Each time the status of the appointment is changed, the system creates a record
in the Appointment Status History table. You can review the history of all changes to an
appointment status, for example, to see when the appointment was scheduled and closed,
or if it was ever on hold.
To review appointment status history, drill down to an appointment on the Calendar Scheduling form to display the Scheduled Appointments detail form.
Click Service Appointment Status History form. Whenever the appointment status code was changed, a snapshot of other information was stored, such as the start date, hours, partner, date of the change, and user.
to display theIf a change was made from Service Management Mobile, and GPS is enabled, the GPS location and date are also saved, so you can plot the location where the status was changed on the Map form.
Click Map form.
