Working with appointments
Select an appointment on the Work Queue or Calendar
to open the Appointment Detail form. On the form, you can perform these
tasks:
- View appointment details
- Change appointment status
- View customer details
- View unit details
- Add a unit
- View attachments
- Add reference notes
- Add reason/resolution notes
- Add labor, material, and miscellaneous transaction entries
- Invoice a customer
- Add a new service order
- Perform inspections
- View credit hold status for a service order
Note: Appointment notes are entered by the
dispatcher and are linked to this specific appointment. Reference notes are linked to the
target of the appointment, usually the service order or the incident.
If your account is assigned with the ISM-Mobile Adjust DateTime security role in Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le, then you can adjust the date and time of appointments from the mobile app.
