Preventing a mobile user from seeing invoices on the Customer 360

Invoices on the Customer 360 form are accessible when the user has IDO privileges for the SLArtranAlls object.

Follow these steps to prevent a mobile user from seeing invoices:

  1. In the back office, open the Users form.
  2. Filter for the user that you want to prevent from seeing invoices.
  3. Click User Authorizations to open the Object Authorizations for User form.
  4. In Object Type, select IDO.
  5. In the grid, select SLArtranAlls in the Object Name field.
  6. Select Revoked for all applicable privileges.
  7. Save your changes.
  8. Optionally, to prevent all mobile users from seeing invoices, open the Groups form.
  9. Filter for the Mobile App group.
  10. Click Group Authorizations to open the Object Authorizations for Group form.
  11. In Object Type, select IDO.
  12. In the grid, select SLArtranAlls in the Object Name field.
  13. Select Not Granted for all applicable privileges.
  14. Save your changes.
