In some cases, you might need to add a unit while in the field working on an
appointment.

Open the Appointment Details form for your current
appointment.

Tap Add Unit.

On the Add Unit form, add the unit in one of these ways:
- Tap the Magnifier to search
for an existing item.
- Tap the barcode symbol to scan in an item using your device's camera.
- If the item is already associated with the SRO line, then you can select it from the menu.

Optionally, specify a serial number for the item or tap the barcode symbol to
scan a serial number.

Tap Done.
