I accidentally changed the status of an appointment to Closed and it no longer displays in my Work Queue. How do I get it back?
Because the Calendar shows all your appointments, you can use it to locate the closed appointment.
- Open the Calendar form.
- Locate the accidentally closed appointment.
- Change Status back to one that is open.
- Return to the Work Queue.
- Pull down to refresh the queue. The re-opened appointment should be displayed.
Note: The background color of appointments shown on the Calendar
correlate to the Appointment Status, which can make closed appointments easy to
identify.
