Using the Work Queue

The Work Queue acts as the home page after you sign in to the app.

Tap Today at the top of the Work Queue. If you do not have any appointments for today, the Work Queue will be blank. Tap All to see all open appointments assigned to you.

Note: The appointment you are looking for might be closed; check the Calendar to confirm.

Color coding

The Work Queue uses color coding to provide an easy visual indicator as to the status of the appointment. The color of the dot is linked to the color associated with the appointment status. The colors are user-defined on the Color Coding form in the back office.
