Using the magnifier search tool
The magnifier search tool searches for matching text in five fields that are visible on the Work Queue, and two hidden fields on the appointment. To search, tap the magnifier and specify a search term. You can search on these terms:
- SRO/Work Order number: Search for a specific order
- Customer Name: Search for a customer
- Keyword list of SRO/Incident/Misc: Filter for only those types
- Appointment Status: Filter for a specific status
- Appointment Description: Filter for a specific description
- Address (city, state, and zip)
- Dispatch notes
The matching search results are highlighted on the appointment, except when the match is on a non-visible field from the appointment, such as Address or Appointment Notes.
Note: The Date, Time, Duration, and Clock-on values that are shown on the Work
Queue are not searched.
