Looking up the resolution notes for a prior service call
If you remember the customer information of a prior appointment or approximately when it was, you can locate the appointment using either the Customer Lookup form or the Calendar.
- Search for the customer or date using the Customer Lookup form or the Calendar.
- Select the customer from the Search Results to open the Customer 360 form.
- Select the Service list.
- If there is a card with a red "(Number)" indicator, select it to open the Reason/Resolutions form and see the prior resolutions and notes in a read-only display.
A badge counter is displayed beside the first
reason/resolution entry. Tap on the badge to see additional details.
