Resolving an appointment

Resolving an appointment for a service order involves adding a General Resolution code, optionally a Specific Resolution code, and a Note on the Reason/Resolutions form. If a Reason Code has been provided, then selecting the resolution codes and entering the notes should be sufficient. We recommend using the dictate-to-text feature of the mobile device to enter notes.
