Configuring the add-in

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
  2. Click the Service Management tab. This tab contains all of the features associated with the add-in.
  3. Click General Settings in the Outlook Add-in ribbon.
  4. In the Server field, specify mguseastws-ism.ssmgf.inforcloudsuite.com. This is the connection information for Service Management.
  5. Select Enable SSL.
  6. In the Tenant ID field, specify the tenant ID provided for multi-tenant CloudSuite Field Service; this tenant ID is also in the Infor Ming.le URL.
  7. In the Configuration field, click the ellipsis button and select your configuration.
  8. Specify the user name and password that you use to access Service Management.
  9. Optionally, select Use Task Panes to display a reading pane of service information when viewing emails. If this option is not selected, the user must click Show Details to access the information.
  10. Click OK.
Note: Do not select Developer Messages unless directed to do so by a Support representative.
