Copy Form Definition dialog box

Use this dialog box to create a new form by copying an existing form.

Field/Option	Description
Source Form	Select the name of the form being copied.
Target Form	Specify the name to assign to the form being created.
Copy Template Also	Select this check box to copy the source form's template and its definition. Clear this check box to copy only the form definition.
Copy All Device Types	Select this check box to copy all the device types. Clear this check box to select the source device and target device type.
Source Device	Select the source device.
Target Master	Select the target device type. Select Default, Mobile, Laptop, or Desktop.
