Overview

In the standard product, Infor Service Management includes the ability to export an address and display it in a browser window running either Bing or Google Maps.

With the Feature Pack release of Service Management v5.10, an additional option was provided to expand this functionality to display a partner’s route and GPS tracking information inside of Bing Maps. The expanded functionality is embedded in the standard product, so no additional installation steps are needed. However, it does require the purchase of a license key from the mapping provider and configuration steps to implement.

This document provides information on how to configure Service Management to utilize both the standard and expanded mapping functionality, and provides guidance regarding where to obtain the necessary licenses.
