Requirements

To use the Exchange Add-in, ensure that these requirements are met:

• You must have access to an Exchange Outlook account, application, and users setup.
• You must have access to an Azure Active Directory (AAD) application registration.
• You are using Service Management version 2023.x or later version.
• You must have the latest Windows and Office updates.
• You must be logged in as an administrator on the computer where you are installing the Exchange Add-in.
