Checking the status of the synchronization
You can check the status of the synchronization in one of these ways:
- On the machine where the application was installed, confirm that the application is running in Windows Task Manager.
- Launch the Sync Process UI and check the status.
- Send an email to the EWS delegate email (that was set up in the configuration) and confirm
the status in the reply.
You must have an admin account for this option to work. Send an email to ews.syncuser@infor.com with one of these subject lines:
- *SYNC | STATUS: Use this subject line to receive a reply with the current status of the synchronization. No reply may indicate that the service is not currently active.
- *SYNC# | LOG: Use this subject line to receive the status and the log file as an attachment. No replay may indicate that the service is not currently active.
